As a Second line IT Support engineer, I learned to work with certain structures for configurations and installations. The several projects that I have been a part of have taught me to meet deadlines and to work in a team. This made me stronger in communication and social aspects. It ensured smooth cooperation and also taught me to be more spontaneous and be a decision taker. My interest in IT has been there since childhood, and my schooling has helped me to understand this hobby in more depth and build a future with it. I have grown to love what I do and be a professional and perfectionist in the services I deliver to my clients. All these experiences have made me a responsible and a respectable Consultant.
