Ik geloof sterk in gedeeld leiderschap en haal energie uit het oplossen van complexe problemen, samen met kleine of grote teams. Mijn carrière begon in 2005 met een doctoraat in toegepaste Machine Learning aan de faculteit economie van de Universiteit Gent. Kort daarna richtte ik Python Predictions op, een pionier in het toepassen van algoritmes in een bedrijfscontext. Maar al snel merkte ik dat ik het meest genoot van het opbouwen en begeleiden van sterke teams. Vandaag combineer ik een analytische mindset met bijna 20 jaar ervaring in consultancy, maar bovenal met een passie voor het ontwikkelen van mensen en bereiken van resultaten als groep.
