Over the years I've specialised myself in helping teams to grow a strong technical foundation. I help them to grow their understanding of fundamentals like SOLID, heuristics covering design, and I also try to raise awareness around the need of a thorough testing strategy. This starts with TDD and goes further depending on the needs of the application I'm currently working on. Furthermore I'm a strong advocate of pair programming, which is my default way of working. I hold the point of view that anything that goes wrong is an opportunity to improve.
