From the initial start of my career until a few years ago I have always been in a technical consultant role. In the last 7 years I reoriented my career to become more and more involved in studies related to (IT) processes and governance, IT roadmap definitions, customer/employee experience improvements, innovation workshops, where the focus was more on interacting with customer through workshops/interviews to understand their requirements, their way of work and where possible improvements could be made to enhance their operations or their customer/employee experience.
