As a true hybrid Project/Program Manager, I have developed an approach and a mode of project management that exclusively uses the best and the useful of the different Waterfall and Agile/SCUM methodologies while combining them according to the needs, projects and phases where needed. This approach allows me also to fully manage all aspects of project delivery (process, costs, POC & testing, quality, timing, resource management & assignments, change management, delivery, testing, MEP…).
