Founded to leverage our blockchain expertise gained while building Dyorex, Rot3 focuses exclusively on blockchain technologies. Initially established to support Dyorex’s tech infrastructure, it evolved into a blockchain development company working on third-party and in-house blockchain projects. Played a pivotal role in algorithm design and implementation across all initiatives, working hands-on with technical teams.
While working at Finage, I collaborated with crypto companies and exchanges, which led to a growing interest in blockchain. This inspired us to build our own cryptocurrency exchange software, which culminated in the launch of DyorEX after 1.5 years of development. Oversaw all phases of development and currently handle token listings and strategic partnerships.
Finage is a financial data provider offering normalized market data via APIs. Led partnership negotiations with global exchanges (NASDAQ, NYSE, LSE), developed data delivery solutions tailored to client needs, and provided consulting and integration support for financial datasets.
Led the company’s digital transformation, introduced CRM systems, and managed implementation teams. Designed and executed a strategic digitalization plan, trained personnel, and oversaw project rollout and testing.
Managed e-commerce operations, marketing campaigns, stock control, and optimized sales workflows. Ensured timely restocking for high-demand products and improved logistics between warehouse and sales departments.
