I work at MANGANELLi as the Technical Director of the Digital Signage subsidiary. I'm in charge of the IT department including a IT & Development team & Cybersecurity, a Technical Account Manager team and a helpdesk team. Since 2014, I'm leading the development of 'zebrix' which is our successful Digital Signage SaaS platform (CMS based solution) that is deployed on more than 50 000 screens around the globe (Decathlon, Starbucks, Optic 2000, Flunch, Giphar, BNP Paribas Fortis, etc.) and distributed by dozens of resellers and integrators in Benelux, Europe, Asia and North and South America. Every day, I strive to make the best technical choices that will contribute to the growth of this business and the satisfaction of our customers and our teams. I'm use to assist our sales team during their meetings with prospects to introduce our products and services. I'm also doing my best to take care of our existing customers by making trainings and managing the support team to provide the best problem resolution process as possible. Finally, as an 'IT passionate guy', I'm also a Linux System Engineer, developer (.net, bash scripting, python & node.js) and very enthusiastic and concerned about cybersecurity.
