Work in the Billing & Revenue Management at a company operating in the TELCO sector (TV stream and
BroadBand stream). I held the role of data analyst.
During this time I mainly dealt with:
- Launch queries for the production of reports (issue reports)
-analysis and cleaning data using sql/plsql scripts and procedures
- modify and writing new scripts if needed
- writing manuals and documentation
- preparation of data for the business for KPI measurement
- governace a team with colleagues from India for daily operations related to the Broad Band billing process

At one of the main Telco companies operating in Italy, within a Reply project, I covered the role of Java software developer;
During this experience I mainly dealt with:
· Maintain the functions in existing flows
· Develop new functions and new flows.
· Create/optimize PL/SQL scripts for managing DB functions where necessary;
. Build Java batches and ksh scripts for the fix or spot functionality.
. Interface with application support groups with the aim of understanding the problems present in the production environment and address the necessary interventions to solve them.

For a company operating in the Finance sector, I covered the role of software developer dealing with the development of a Web App for the management of internal complaints;
My roles in this project were to:
-implement the user interface in accordance with the requirements of business (front-end)
-implement new APIs (back-end)
