Youssef Aissaoui

Was employed as an IT consultant at CGI Germany. With over 3 years of professional experience in IT and 3 years as an IT consultant I had extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of IT, especially frontend and Dynamics CRM/PowerPlatform, as well in supporting, Business analysing and controlling. The focus of my previous activities was on the frontend development and customer support, service management and E-Commerce environment and been working in agile SCRUM projects since 2021 with different clients as vodafone and Royal-Canin. FOCUS ON ACTIVITIES: • Frontend development according to customer requirements • Dynamics/Typoscripts/Power Platform/Testing & bug fixing • Prioritization, team coordination and Backlog planning/grooming • Requirements management & Scrum Master.

At the company Webid I took on various roles, from customer IT support to web development and the implementation of Internet applications based on PHP and MySQL/MariaDB in agile project methodology.

Checking the authenticity of identification documents with the help of our document directories as well as detecting manipulation, forgeries and cases of fraud and documenting these incidents in an observation form, this also included data collection for new customers and data maintenance in customers in database.

After graduating from high school, I studied Bachelor of Computer Science in German language at the University of Düsseldorf, with a focus on computer networks and development.
