Conducted research on large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing. Locally deployed LLMs on limited hardware resources and on HPCs (via the CÉCI). Worked with various computer vision algorithms and models for character recognition, object detection, emotion recognition, face recognition, and object tracking.
Rewrote an epilepsy seizure detection pipeline. Implemented innovative multichannel seizure detection algorithm and collaborated with neurologists to publish findings in a symposium.
