My research is focused on biomarker discovery in several disease contexts (including cancer, transplant rejection and ischemia) by development and application of genetic and epigenetic tools for the analysis of cell-free DNA as well as the development of predictive AI/ML models for diagnostic purposes. I have performed analyses and built pipelines for a wide range of technologies including bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing.
