Mapped out the product roadmap and its reflections on the business plan with partner input on scientific literature, patient and doctor panels, IP & regulations. Guided vision through feasibility study and to proof of principle.
I lived to push a technology to market. Built the tech stack. Secured 50k subsidy. Prospected robot manufacturers across EU. 8 trade shows, 72 leads, 5 NDA’s, 3 proposals – no deals. Key lesson: start from the market.
Compiled a tech stack and fabrication method for electronic circuits that can stretch like rubber bands. (Co-)authored 13 papers and 1 patent. Prepared a spin-off venture focused on scalable production and business development.
