Joined a production mobile app used by real users, contributing to core features and UX improvements. Built a new onboarding flow to help users understand key features faster and increase engagement. Built and launched an iOS app that helps users find and share free parking spots in real time. Designed the entire mobile frontend in React Native with a map-based user experience. Implemented live user-generated reports and interactions. Managed the full product lifecycle: idea, development, testing, App Store release, and iteration based on feedback.
