Responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of projects, covering roadmap compliance, security, connectivity, and business continuity initiatives. I guided and steered a small team of project managers.
Responsibilities span the entire development lifecycle of these initiatives, starting with prioritizing demand, assessing effort estimates and schedules, tracking planning and progress, coordinating resource allocation and dependencies, and mitigating roadblocks. I interacted and worked closely with colleagues from production and business application management.
