Duties include: Provisioning Infrastructure and Networks, Build and maintain pipelines for various projects, Monitoring system performance and identifying issues, Maintaining system security through updates, backups, and firewalls through patching, Developing and implementing deployment policies and procedures, Manage organization and user accounts and access privileges to AWS, OCI and OpenStack, Implementing various web stack solutions (e.g., LAMP, LEMP, MERN, and MEAN) on client-servers as per request, using providers like AWS and Azure.

First contact person to resolve user-account creation/deletion, workstation, and system-related issues. Ensure the smooth running of the logistic operation by setting up an efficient company resource planning system. Ensure efficient booking of customers’ goods, orders, and transport according to service level agreements. Monitor and maintain inventory level at optimal. Implement various workflow strategies to enhance improvement in productivity. Great use of lean and Six Sigma to improve workflow. Communicate with clients to evaluate their needs and complaints.
