Freelance Mission - Key Project: Document Management System Proof of Concept (PoC)
• Architected and implemented a Proof of Concept integrating DocuWare,
Odoo (ERP) and Kofax/Tungsten to automate end-to-end document lifecycle
processing.
• Designed data flows, metadata schema and routing workflows to reduce
manual handling and improve document traceability.
• Delivered a validated pilot environment and completed operational
handover including runbooks, administration procedures and an
implementation roadmap.
• Managed lifecycle modernization of a multi-site Hyper-V platform,
coordinating monitoring and DR practices with external partners.
• Led Microsoft 365 security governance: Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access,
DLP, aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIS2 principles.
• Operationalized Microsoft Defender for Endpoint by tuning alerts and using
endpoint telemetry to investigate suspicious activity and reduce risk.
• Implemented IT governance foundations (RACI, SOPs, KPIs), improving audit
readiness and change/risk control.
• Drove vulnerability management using Qualys and Defender XDR,
coordinating third-party penetration testing and remediation cycles.
• Consolidated vendors and renegotiated contracts, delivering ~20% YoY IT
budget reduction.
• Co-led architecture and launch of a customer subscription platform,
enabling recurring revenue and improved digital engagement.
• Operated and optimized server, network, and endpoint services to maximize
uptime and service continuity.
• Led technical execution of a corporate HQ relocation, including network
validation and after-hours cutover support.
