I have more than 25 Years experience in the ICT sector as Network & System Administrator, 13 years as ICT Manager (People/Project/Product/Infrastructure & Security/ICT) and 6 years as ICT Architect. I've designed, managed and renewed big and complex networks with equipment from different vendors. Each time with a big focus on monitoring and security. I've seen virtualization platforms and the cloud emerge from the beginning and have hands-on experience with almost all existing virtualization platforms. I designed and implemented multiple High Available Datacenters and Backup Solutions (On-prem, Cloud, Hybrid) from different vendors. As CISO I have a high focus on security. I have a thorough knowledge of multiple security related solutions: MXDR, Security Playbook server, firewalls, reversed proxies,… from different vendors. Also Compliance wise I have experience with ISO norms, Cyber Insurance and NIS-2. I have experience with multiple vendors for SASE, SWDAN and SSE solutions. The management of all ICT infrastructure related big warehouses and IOT devices are well known to me. I have experience with most brands of (ruggedized) warehouse devices and corresponding management platforms and the automatization of software for mobile devices. I have multiple years of experience in the healthcare sector (Retirement homes, Service flats, hospitals) I have been responsible for the ICT budget and the multiannual strategic plan for more than 5 years.
