Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot PCs and related hardware on all OS platforms. Create user accounts, edit user account info, reset user passwords, and remove access to the network utilizing Active Directory. Perform diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as develop data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
