Responsible for leading and presenting CRM email content strategies to promote Subscriptions and Connected Navigation for Ford Europe. Managed the creation of a new landing page showcasing Ford’s hands-free driving option BlueCruise.
Oversaw daily operations for multiple teams of creatives and clients, coordinating team stand-ups, client check-ins and briefing calls. Effectively managed client relationships and led diverse teams, adapting to varying project needs and team dynamics.
Led website updates for Proctor & Gamble and CRM email communications for Enviedeplus.com BENELUX and France. Prepared and analysed weekly email performance reports and suggested improvements.
Supported site wide content migration to a new CMS system (Drupal 8).
