As the data management team leader, the mission consist to design, organize
and ensure the success of the data initiative that are needed by the enterprise : Data Management, Data Platform, Reporting,...
The mission also consist to make the business analysis on data subject.

Roadmap to create a new datawarehouse : tools positioning, iterative planning,
business needs analysis, guidelines, ….
As a tech lead and senior data consultant, the mission consist to create the
vision, the roadmap, the business analysis and the technical architecture of the
Risk Datawarehouse.
I supported BMI in taking ownership of their IT data system, ensuring a smooth
transition and improved internal management.
