Introduced and implemented Crossplane to provision Azure resources, reducing manual steps. Refactored Terraform modules, mitigated dependencies allowing for easier rollout and updates of our codebase. Provisioned and configured Kubernetes clusters via Terraform and GitOps (Flux CD), including the development of Helm charts and Docker images for multi-team use in a production environment.
Successfully transitioned environments from no-code solutions to Infrastructure as Code. Architected and implemented greenfield environment migrations based on environment analysis and redesign, following Microsoft's best practices. Implemented a deployment strategy that increased efficiency and reduced errors, developed CI/CD pipelines within Azure Pipelines, created Terraform modules to manage AKS and Entra ID resources. Enhanced clients’ cloud security posture by implementing Azure best practices.
Infrastructure Deployment & Operations. Participated in customer meetings to gather requirements and provide operational support, request and configure networking, set up VMware vCenter, implement firewall rules, and deploy systems using Ansible. Handled on-call support for production systems and maintained technical documentation. Built and maintained an internal EFK logging stack managing 50TB+ of data, improving observability and incident response.
