I am highly motivated by complex change processes, e.g. transition programs which combine a strong organizational and technical (infrastructural) challenge, such as digital transformations and cyber security roadmaps, including ISO 27001, NIS 2 and DORA compliance. I have a pragmatic and straightforward approach. I am result driven, hardworking, and able to communicate efficiently with all layers of the organization: board of directors, IT staff, business representatives, end users and suppliers. My ambition is always to implement changes and execute projects successfully within schedule and budget.
