As part of the Strategic Innovation team, I bridged the gap between business needs and digital solutions by combining data analysis and requirements gathering to aid in digitalization and create interim reporting tools; perform AI performance GAP analysis; set up a data-driven benchmarking framework; and contributed to cross-source master data validation to create one source-of-truth.
