I work on financial processes while documenting and improving team procedures. I lead sector-wide knowledge management initiatives (~40 financial processes) and contribute to the development of internal AI tools built on this structured knowledge. I also support change management and team adoption in a complex operational context, including multiple programming cycles and the rollout of new IT systems.
I supported the management and monitoring of EU budget for ERDF/CF/JTF, prepared financial reports, and analysed data to ensure accurate and timely budget implementation.
I supported EU cohesion programmes and project management, contributing to policy analysis, report preparation, and transversal tasks, including communication on ERDF co-financed projects.
I worked on the training and validation of an AI-based contract management system using legal datasets in French, English and German (10,000+ documents over 2.5 years), contributing to the initial adaptation of models for German-law contracts.
I supported case management, drafting legal documents, taking notes, coordinating client contacts, and assisting with legal research and case preparation.
I created around 300 multilingual tutorials (English, French, Dutch) for the professional learning platform Oase, covering Microsoft 365 and Windows using Adobe Captivate.
