Define and automate processes handling the lifecycle of identities from data entry in the HR system till offboarding. Shaping governance regarding accesses granting and removing. Managing a PRA tool for lightweight access grants to external suppliers enabling faster onboardings and quicker project upstarts.
Right hand of the Product Owner 'Hosting Services', interacting between the PO and the Managed Services Team. In scope are both local data centers and Azure Cloud hosting, both IaaS and PaaS.
Maintain the relations with the Global Partner for hardware deliveries. Research and assess new technologies in the domain. Define and promote the standard and the governance around the services.
General 3rd line support. Handling of (small) projects and infrastructure changes.
Reinforced the SysAdmin team in times of need, being involved in projects to transition into a full System Administrator role.
Handled unresolved issues from first line and managed user requests, while monitoring server/network infrastructure.
