From the initial start of my career until a few years ago I have always been in a technical consultant role. In the last 10 years I reoriented my career to become more and more involved in studies related to enterprise architecture, (IT) processes and governance, IT roadmap definitions, client/employee experience improvements, innovation workshops, where the focus was more on interacting with clients through workshops/interviews to understand their requirements, their way of working and where improvements could be made to enhance their architecture/operations or their client/employee experience.
