Displayed live train positions on a map using SNCB’s GTFS-Realtime and OSM data. Built dashboards to analyze punctuality across various routes, stops, and dates. Proposed valuable analysis on the train data that can be interesting to SNCB or other third parties.
Participated in the DrivenData competition and reached 72% accuracy (using the R language). Focused on data exploration, processing, visualization, and modeling (tensorflow, randomForest, mltools etc). Model fine-tuning.
Participated in a project aimed to define the quality of bike paths across Belgium. Collaborated with data science/security/dev teams following the SCRUM guidelines. Development of the user interface. Ensured data collection using a MQTT connection. Used ETL techniques on MS Azure Databricks (using Python on Apache Spark).
