Transformation Manager
Responsible for the multiyear strategic project focusing on the transformation of Testing across the different divisions of the company. Focus on Test Automation, Test Environment Management, Test Practices, Test Data Management and Non-Functional Testing.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the different stream leads
• Build the vision and the strategy for multiyear change track
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Follow-up on different streams
• Setup governance
• Stakeholder management
• Reporting on all different levels
• Organize and lead different Steering Committee, Core Team
• Facilitate the team members
With a focus on Continuous Improvement assess, monitor, and enhance software quality, internal processes and overall performance for the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and increasing efficiency of processes and procedures
• Developing process enhancement strategies
• Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current processes
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Incident Management implementation
• Release Management (in a Continuous Delivery/Integration workflow)
• Software Testing
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
• Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management
• Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes
Staying up to date with developments in management and process optimization
Managing the department responsible for both the supporting and delivery organization of the different PayRoll Engines on business side. Leading the Product Owners, Business Analysts and other members from a traditional way of working to agile.
