Ad hoc analysis required by managers.

Monthly management reporting: analytical review of corporate accounts, management accounting, monitoring and analysing monthly operating results against budget, maintaining revenue and profitability forecasts. Group reporting: As part of Deutsche Post group, monthly group financial reporting, annually budget planning and reporting. Ad hoc reports required by senior managers.

Prepare monthly logistics billing reports for the customers and report to the accounting and tax manager before the monthly closing. Analyse customer profitability monthly and give explanation of variance. Make accruals before the monthly closing. Cooperate with program management and after-sales department to solve customers’ inquiries and complaints.
