As an Application Test Engineer at Worldline, I designed, scripted, and executed test cases using advanced simulators for major banking clients such as KBC, CBC, and Belfius. I ensured system reliability through real-time transaction simulations, SQL/EQL data validation, and non-regression testing. Notably, I independently managed the testing phase of the Bpost to BNPPF migration project, collaborating with developers to resolve critical issues and ensure a seamless production deployment.

Conducted COVID-19 tests, helped customers with payments and registration, addressed phone inquiries, and coordinated customer placement with proper sections and nurses.

Managed the team, prepared side dishes, guided customers to their tables, explained the restaurant's name and menu, helped with tablet order placement, served food, cooked, checked inventory, and promoted alcohol bottle sales.

Opened and closed the restaurant, arranged chairs and tables, took customer orders, cooked, prepared cocktails, served wine and food, cleaned, entered VAT information into the computer, processed bill payments.

During my internship, I developed an application monitoring system and an online consultation platform to track service status. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in Spring, Angular, and database management.

Cleaned rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas; made beds; replaced towels; ensured overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
