Human resources cloud software implementation (Workday) for hiring of all working students, academic staff and all other staff (IT etc.). Using API Connect B2B, implemented with cloud technology the full hiring process of an academic or student.

Data Warehouse implementation (Oracle solution) for the telecom platform using ETL methods, paradigm and design patterns. Testing Tool for Bell Technicians across Canada.

Policy Administration System (PAS/CONTACT-PL) – Property/Dwelling and Automobile Insurance – new software design and development.

Visa/Mastercard – payment/refund process – analyze and model a new database for payments and also financial reporting module.

Build a complete reservation system A to Z which includes the shopping engine based on real time availability.

Participate in conception/modeling of atmospheric air simulation software for Montreal region.

Participated in a special project for French aeronautical industry, consisting of conception and design of simulation software.

Certification as Sr Business/Functional Analyst.
