End to end responsible for the management of existing solutions and the implementation of new solutions for SNCB/NMBS - the Belgian Railway Company - in order to optimize the performance, stability, coherence, life cycle and user friendliness of the assigned portfolio of application (a.o. in-house developed applications, external software packages, IT services, reporting, SAP modules,...).

When I started at VDAB, the project 'inventory of fixed assets' was immediately assigned to me. In this short period of 6 months, the first priority was to understand and document the AS IS process.
In this fascinating experience I helped implement the project in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders. Understanding business needs and perform Business Analysis
& Functional Analysis followed.
Many functionalities were implemented in PeopleSoft (ERP) in accounting module.
