Providing 1st/2nd line technical support to customers via telephone, email, face‑to‑face
and remotely
Answering customer questions and general enquiries
Logging customer and employee queries on the tracking system
Ensuring that users are kept up to date at all times
Schedule the planned videoconference meetings into the videoconference system,
configuring each meeting in accordance with the requestorʼs wishes;
Operating, real‑time monitoring and troubleshooting video conferences with a view to
resolving observed issues rapidly;
Coordination of tests of video conference studios with external entities
Site IT Mars Belgium, Zaventem
Providing on‑site support solving 1st and 2nd level support issues, and forward issues to the
relevant international teams, where applicable.
Responsible for handling and logging error messages and technical queries and analysing possible causes of problems.
