<p><br><strong>Where Women Shape the Future of Tech </strong><span>🩵 </span><br><br>The <strong>KBC Women in Tech Challenge</strong> is an inclusive talent initiative designed to attract, engage and <strong>empower women </strong>across <strong>technical, functional and leadership roles</strong>. Through online quizzes adapted to different career paths, the challenge highlights skills, potential and ambition, while offering participants visibility, learning opportunities and career connections with KBC.</p><p> </p>

<h2><strong>Rules of the Challenge</strong></h2><p>The challenge is open to women located in Belgium aged 21+. They compete in different <strong>categories</strong>:</p><ul><li>Students</li><li>Professionals</li><li>KBC Employees</li></ul><p>Participants register online and select <strong>one or more tracks</strong>: Technical / Functional / Leadership. </p><p>Each participant completes the <strong>online quiz</strong> corresponding to their selected track. <br>The quiz is time-limited (10 minutes) and must be completed in one session. <br>Scores are based on correct answers (15 questions) & completion time.</p><p>Top scorers from each track will advance to the <strong>finals on 27 April 2026</strong> in Leuven, where the prizes will be awarded.</p><p>More information regarding the challenge rules and data privacy can be found under the ‘Rules’ tab.</p><p> </p><h2><strong>Challenge Tracks </strong></h2><p>Participants choose one of three tracks aligned with their profile and career aspirations.</p><p>Each track is assessed through a curated online quiz combining technical knowledge, problem-solving, real-life scenarios and decision-making questions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>1.
