Working as an agent for the company YPTO which manages the IT infrastructure of the National Railway Company of Belgium (NMBS). Handle IT issues for all NMBS employees ranging from train managers to software developers or high ranking management. As part of the 24/7 system, handle national outages as the first point of contact for these issues.

Create solutions to fix and improve a previously non functional service offered by Apptweak to customers. Worked on upgrading legacy API system to a newer framework in ruby. Solved numerous bugs and issues as part of my day to day job.
