Launched the Data Governance and Data Quality practices. Supervised the inception of a new hybrid data platform (Azure cloud and on-prem OpenShift). Drove the definition and implementation of the Power BI and Python governance frameworks. Implemented a demand management process for Data & Insights delivery.

Managed UCB's global technology roadmap for Analytics & AI, aligning with the objectives of various IT and non-IT stakeholders. Responsible for the delivery of numerous technical and functional analytics projects through the Analytics COE resource pool.

Implemented and managed UCB's global Qlik Sense platform (on-premises), enabling self-service and guided data discovery/visualization at a global scale.
