Co-developed a custom e-commerce platform (www.boxdelivery.be), integrating data-driven features to enhance performance. Built automated dashboards using Python, SQL, and Google Analytics to monitor key metrics, applied machine learning for customer behavior analysis (CLV and churn prediction, RFM analysis,...), and optimized product recommendation systems (utilizing collaborative filtering). Centralized and processed data from multiple sources to support business intelligence, while automating web scraping pipelines for competitive pricing analysis. Contributed to digital marketing strategies, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer engagement.

Developed an end-to-end GeoAI solution for detecting changes in aerial imagery, culminating in an interactive Proof-of-Concept. Trained and fine-tuned a lightweight PyTorch model (TinyCD) on Azure Machine Learning. Engineered a full data pipeline to automate image acquisition (WMS), model inference, and visual report generation. Automated the preparation of training data, converting Label Studio annotations into model-ready image patches. Built a user-facing Streamlit application with an interactive Folium map for on-demand analysis.

Advising on customs legislation, acting as an intermediary between companies and D&A management. Handling and overseeing amicable settlements for customs law violations. Advising on forwarding, customs, transport, and logistics while ensuring compliance with customs and excise regulations. Negotiating with government agencies and professional federations to represent freight forwarders.
