Investigated the onboarding process at das Kunst since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of new website features. Conducted interviews with key stakeholders to gain insights into the onboarding process and future plans. Developed interview questions based on a literature review and stakeholder discussions, then conducted interviews with current and former das Kunst employees. Identified issues in the website and onboarding process using methods such as user journeys, jobs-to-be-done, and user personas. Compiled a report with design recommendations and proposed future research steps.

Contributed to the organization, training, and supervision of the team's workflow. Responsibilities included overseeing cyber security, implementing agile project management, optimizing task and time management, enhancing UX and UI design, managing databases, automating IT processes, conducting intern onboarding and reviews, and conducting weekly standups.
