As part of the Global Sensory and Consumer Analytics/Big Data team, my role was to transform data into insights in order to guide technical and commercial functional teams in developing new products and new technologies. I ensured a proper data analysis of our consumer research was performed according to our quality standards and I was also responsible for automating our analysis process to deliver faster results.

I was responsible for the following tasks:
- Perform data analysis to build relevant and actionable report of the Global and Zones consumer research in order to support Innovation and Strategic Projects
- Conduct driver analysis, advanced modeling, clustering, big data AI and convert them into clear technical insights to optimize product development
- Build and enrich a product database with studies results and perform advanced analysis to identify trends/patterns driving consumer preference guiding innovation teams
- Propose, define and build processes to automate analyses
- Benchmark alternative AI used in R&D, pilot and propose recommendations
- Consolidate current projects in database
- Analyse open-ended responses and produce charts to visualize and communicate research results to dedicated stakeholders
