Azure & hybrid ops: monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, stability improvements. Took end-to-end ownership post-acquisition: customer calls, stakeholder comms, solution delivery. Implemented production fixes with focus on reliability and security posture. Built ELT pipeline (SQLite → DuckDB) with semantic layer + reproducible runs. Streamlit dashboard for market insights (filters/KPIs). Added project structure + documentation for repeatable execution.
