Azure & hybrid ops: monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, stability improvements. Took end-to-end ownership post-acquisition: customer calls, stakeholder comms, solution delivery. Implemented production fixes with focus on reliability and security posture. Built ELT pipeline (SQLite → DuckDB) with semantic layer + reproducible runs. Streamlit dashboard for market insights (filters/KPIs). Added project structure + documentation for repeatable execution. Containerized ML inference API with FastAPI + Docker; integrated Streamlit UI. Packaged model artifacts + env config; focused on deployability/maintainability. Basic logging/tests. Built an end-to-end Microsoft Fabric lakehouse pipeline from 4 messy Excel sources (partly anonymised, not cleaned). Designed a layered data model (raw → modeled → semantic) enabling clear ownership and reusable reporting. Delivered a Power BI operational dashboard for managers and engineers (vulnerability visibility and prioritisation).
