As part of the programme team, I discover, model and validate processes with key stakeholders while supporting the migration from the current Atlassian setup to ServiceNow following the principles of ITIL. I provide technical and subject matter guidance to the implementation team.

I provided general IT support of the organization with a focus on AS400 system maintenance.
I trained in RPGLE AS400 programming with a view to growing into AS400 DevOps.
I drafted and followed up on unemployment dossiers to maintain domain knowledge for analysis.
I helped long-term unemployed people find work in service of the Flemish government and used this knowledge as a subject matter expert for analyses in the improvement initiatives of the IT infrastructure of the "wijk-werken" project.
I managed safety and first-aid training projects for several large corporations with a team of five trainers under my supervision.
Between projects, I helped the sales department with copywriting and translation efforts.
Administration duties pertaining to the intake, testing and enrolment of foreign lanuage speakers into Dutch language courses as part of their integration into Belgian society as legally required by the Flemish government. Also first contact, telephone contact and daily finances.
