I helped long-term unemployed people find work in service of the Flemish government and used this knowledge as a subject matter expert for analyses in the improvement initiatives of the IT infrastructure of the "wijk-werken" project.
I managed safety and first-aid training projects for several large corporations with a team of five trainers under my supervision.
Between projects, I helped the sales department with copywriting and translation efforts.
Administration duties pertaining to the intake, testing and enrolment of foreign lanuage speakers into Dutch language courses as part of their integration into Belgian society as legally required by the Flemish government. Also first contact, telephone contact and daily finances.
