Support a project over the entire duration of contract by building proof of concept, performing test cases based on the scope and requirements of a project, configuring, testing, and repairing network equipment, fleet monitoring, and service and maintenance on site.
First line of support in the Commission on Election National Support Center.
Facilitates hardware installation training to sub-contractors, works closely with partners to ensure timely implementation of telecom works in accordance with standards, conducts on-site quality audits, rectifies issues and alarms on site, and prepares readiness for site acceptance.
Single point of contact in the activation and reconfiguration of client’s data circuits (DSL, EVDO, DLL, IPVPN) within SLA, provides technical assistance to field technicians in the installation and testing of newly activated circuits, and provides training and support to new colleagues.
Bachelor's degree focused on electronics and communications engineering.
Certification in computer systems technician skills.
