• Worked as E2E Project Manager/scrum master in Liberty Global and managed a complex Pan-European entertainment media program for 7 countries across Europe and the United Kingdom.
• Lead the E2E implementation of the 7 code based product into Flutter code base using Agile Scrumban methodology
• Coordinated program activities among different cross functional scrum teams which consist of Product Owners, Development teams, Solution architectures, UI & UX designers, testing engineers, delivery managers of different departments, and operations (core e2e delivery team of 200 people)
• Facilitated the scrum ceremonies across different scrum teams and ensuring all the program dependencies are unblocked and risks are either mitigated or minimized.
• With the scrum teams, delivered different milestones of the program within defined quality, scope and timeline and secured agreed production dates in 7 countries.
